STP - Supervising Training Program

                                               

 AGC Supervisory Training Program (STP) has been the bedrock for developing field leaders. STP GENERAL INFORMATION

STP Consists of 6-Course Program Units to Build Essential Supervisory Skills.   

• Each unit focuses on a crucial aspect of effective field leadership and can be taken as a stand-alone course, or you can complete all six units. Click here to read the complete course descriptions and lessons for each unit.
• STP 10TH EDITION DIGITAL BROCHURE
• Students who complete individual units receive a Certificate from AGC of Connecticut.   
• Students who complete all six units, receive Certificate of Completion issued by AGC of America and a digital badge.

• Time: 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Important: Course materials are taught in an electronic format at CCIA. Attendees must bring either a laptop or tablet to class to take the course and access their eBooks, which will be emailed in advance of class.
