
For over forty years, the AGC Supervisory Training Program (STP) has been the bedrock for developing field leaders. General Information
- STP consists of six core units, each focusing on a crucial aspect of effective field leadership. Click here to read the course description and lessons for each unit.
- Unit 1: Leadership and Motivation
- Unit 2: Communication
- Unit 3: Planning and Scheduling
- Unit 4: Contract Documents
- Unit 5: Productivity and Managing Project Costs
- Unit 6: Managing Risks
- Upon completion of each individual STP course, participants receive a certificate from CCIA/AGC of CT. When participants complete the entire program, they are eligible to apply for the STP Certificate of Program Completion.
- Course materials are taught in an electronic format at CCIA. Attendees must bring either a laptop or tablet to class to take the course and access their eBooks, which will be emailed in advance of class.
- A minimum of 8 participants need to be enrolled to run the class.
