REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR STP UNIT 5: Improving Productivity and Managing Project Costs. This course covers understanding how project estimates are compiled, how to compare actual project costs with those estimated and how to control costs to meet the estimate. The course starts on Wed., Feb. 19, 2025, and will run on these consecutive Wednesday evenings: Feb. 26; Mar. 5; Mar. 12: and Mar. 19, at the CCIA Office.
